Can my photo shoot take place at a distant location? 

Yes, we can; however there will be additional costs which are assessed according to the traveling distance. Please email us with the destination for the extra cost before booking the session. For safety issue, we don't share vehicles, we will simply meet at the shooting destination. 

I have a baby, can I book the family session instead of newborn/baby session ?

Yes you can, however, if you want to record those special moments with your baby, then booking the newborn/baby session may be preferable, as the family photography is much shorter in duration and does not include the professional props available for the newborn or baby session.

Unqualified Pictures and Unedited Pictures ( Raw format pictures ):

Unqualified pictures, unedited pictures, and original (  raw format pictures ) are not for sale. Due to color, exposure, focus or other factors unqualified pictures will be discarded either during or immediately after the session. Only qualified pictures will be selected for retouching. Pictures you receive are in JPG format. 

Can I return gift cards?

Gift cards are final sale, there are no refunds available for gift cards nor do they have any cash value.
