Before booking an appointment, please view the following information.
- Session deposit fees are due at the time of booking and are non-refundable. Please be sure to view all the information you might need first before you book an appointment. The remaining balance is then due at the session.
- If needed, sessions can be rescheduled, however we do require a minimum of 48 hours notice of a rescheduling prior to your session. It is recommended that you inform us ASAP to ensure that your rescheduling can be accommodated. This helps to minimize both your waiting time as well as any potential inconvenience. If you require appointment rescheduling less than 48 hours before your session due to a personal reason (except for illnesses, emergencies, and weather issues), a rescheduling free will apply.
After booking an appointment
- After reserving your time slot for your session you will receive a SMS message reminder.
- If you have any questions, please reach out to us by sending us an email at contact@brightnessofthestarstudio.com or a message at 289-927-6608 . Please provide details including the time slot of the appointment, as well as your order number when reaching out.
- You will receive a SMS reminder 1 day before the session. If you do not receive this notification please contact us by sending us a message or email.
- After the session, it takes approximately 3-4 weeks to finish retouching your pictures. The editing duration is also dependent on the type of the package purchased. When the pictures are completed, we will send you a message with a link, where you are able to download the high resolution digital pictures. Alternatively, you can provide us with a USB at the time of the session for future use of collecting your pictures.
- The link access for your pictures lasts for 10 days. You are able to access your pictures any time within this period. After this period , the link will then be closed.
