About me
Hello,
Thanks for taking interest in our studio. I am Jamie Xu, from China, the owner and lead photographer of Brightness of the Star Studio. Here is my brief introduction, I initially graduated with a 4-year mechanical engineering degree and then used this education to create components and parts using special software. Since then, I have been working as a RECE for a period of over five years, gaining considerable experience working with children. Since an important element of my work as a RECE included taking pictures of the children and sharing these photos with their parents, I gradually developed a passion for Children's Photography. Ever Since March of 2020, I have been working to refine my photography and retouching techniques.
I would highly recommend my services for all those wanting to capture those special moments for yourself and your family. My considerable experience working with children enables me to better perform the task of taking their pictures while also remaining responsive during the session.

About our studio' s name and logo
The concept for the name of the studio stems from the notion of capturing the brightness of stars. I believe that there are lots of things in our life which are special to us. I consider these special elements to be the stars of our individual universe. These special stars could be our important friends, a caring partner, respectable parents, adorable children, and beloved pets. I hope that these special stars in our life can glow and shine. Brightness of the Star Studio is established upon this belief. By holding this belief, we commit to do our best to help record the special moments related to these most valuable things and in doing so we hope to help them grow and shine.

About our service area
Brightness of the Star Studio currently offers shooting service within the city of Oshawa, Whitby, Pickering, Scarborough and Markham in Onatrio . Additional costs will apply for all locations situated outside of these cities as well as for any location which requires an entrance for access. People from other cities and towns are also welcome.
