Terms and Conditions 

 

  • You will need to bring such necessary belongings as sun hats, bug spray, sun screen, and medication if needed, to ensure the that the session proceeds as smoothy as possible . All of the suggested postures are under your supervision. If you do not feel like some of the suggested postures for yourself or for your family members, then you can simply refuse. Brightness of the Star Studio and its employees and representatives will not be held liable for any injury to you, your family members, other people who come along with you, or damages to your property during the photo session.
  • Any threats of personal injury, violence or aggression exhibited towards the photographers and employees of Brightness of the Star Studio will not be tolerated and will be reported to the appropriate authorities. 
  • Extra cost might be charged if relevant shooting equipment such as camera, lights and other accessories are damaged due to you and your family members' conduct. 
  • The digitally edited pictures which Brightness of the Star Studio releases to you are in JPG format. No copies of RAW or unqualified photos will be released after any sessions.

  • You will get a print release with the pictures released to you, which gives you the rights to print and share your photos however you'd like. However, as the photographer, I retain the copyrights of the pictures.  You must not release the picture to any other photographers for commercial purposes. 

  • Appointment rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the session. Ignoring the SMS reminder and not giving adequate notice to Brightness of the Star Studio for missing the session will result in cancellation of the allotted session time and forfeiture of the booking deposit.
  • If there is an emergency, you may still reschedule your session within 48 hours preceding your session. Emergencies include sickness, injury or accidents. However proof of  such emergencies such as doctor's note would be required. 
  • More than 30 minutes late of your scheduled sessions without providing notice of your absence may result in cancellation of the allotted session and  forfeiture of the booking deposit. Emergencies including sickness, injury and accidents may qualify to have your session rescheduled. However proof of  such emergencies such as doctor's note would be required. . 
  • An excess of people present  can make it difficult to gain the children or babies' attention, so avoid having too many people present during the session.
  • In order to offer our customers  the best possible experience and photos,  in the event that unforeseen events listed below occur during the session, a free re-shoots can be provided. Such unforeseen events include technical issues (equipment malfunction), weather issues ( mostly for outdoor sessions), accidental severe health problems such as asthma, anaphylaxis, epilepsy, and seizures. 
  • Free re-shoots will not be offer for any of the following reasons: dissatisfaction with clothing/styles, baby's facial expressions, children or baby's behavior and post, hair or any other factor beyond our control.
    • All the customized products are nonrefundable. 
    • Please bring your ID(s) to your session for signing photo release forms.
    • If you do not agree with the terms and conditions  listed above, please do not proceed to book an appointment.
